The Castlegar Fire Department spent time out at Blueberry Creek Community School Hub the week of October 22th -26th to teach the children about fire safety. The visit included circle time teachings about fire safety complete with a firefighter dressing in full gear to show that they are not "scary" and a tour of the smokehouse and the firetruck.
