Quilter's Guilt raffle benefits Castlegar Red Cross depot

On Thursday, Nov. 15, the Castlegar Quilter's Guild presented the Castlegar Red Cross medical equipment loan depot with a cheque for $3,100.

the money will be used to purchase four wheelchairs and other equipment as required. The guild raised the funds through a quilt raffle, which was won by Denise Robson of Fruitvale.
