Talarico Place benefits from Doukhobor Association generosity
Barbie Kalmakoff, manager of Talarico Place, received a cheque from Marilyn Verigin of the Doukhobor Cultural Association on Thursday, Nov. 22.
$7,000 of the money will go toward the purchse of a bariatric bed, while $1,100 will go towards improvements to the community palliatic room.
