Six weeks of constructive work with motivational, qualified instruction is what lies ahead for these three winners of the Castlegar Get Fit Challenge.

Hailey Salekin will get to work with help from the experts at Peak Physique; Amber Harper with knowledgeable guidance from Under the Sun Hatha Yoga; and Denise Sylvest will be the recipient of solid fitness advice from the folks at Kootenay Cycling.

Watch for updates on the trio as their training progresses.
