Robson Fire Department deals with early morning fire

A home at 3195 Upper Levels Road in Robson was the scene of much activity as approximately a dozen firefighters along with police and paramedics attended an incident early on the morning of Friday, July 12.

The call apparently came in at around 1 a.m. to the department which is located less than a kilometre away.

"At this time we don't know the exact cause," said RFD incident commander Keith Watson at the scene. "That has yet to be determined. "We're just going in to mop up." The chief did not put a number on the occupant(s), but did say none was in the home when crews arrived. No loss of life, nor injuries were reported. The man pictured below was later led away by paramedics.
