Midway RCMP are warning drivers not to pick up any hitchhikers as they search for a young adult male.
They are currently searching for a male who they believe is approximately 27-years-old, six-feet-three-inches tall, 221 pounds, with heavy stubble and wearing heavy black pants and work boots, according to a press release distributed Tuesday afternoon.
The RCMP are advising the public not to pick up any hitchhikers in the area of Beaverdell, Highway 33, Beaver Creek Road or Christian Lake Road.
If you see someone matching that description, call 911 and do not approach them.
