FortisBC will be submitting an electricity rate design application to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC), and we understand that electricity rates matter to our customers.
We value the opinions and experiences of our customers when it comes to the design of our rates, so we are inviting customers to participate in the process. The result of these workshops will help determine how customers will be billed for the electricity they use.
