The letter by Jim Shephard in last week’s Castlegar News identifies Mr. Shephard as the director of Concerned Citizens for BC.
Mr. Shephard is also an advisor to Christie Clark and a former Canfor executive, hardly the credentials of an impartial, average citizen.
Is Shephard’s failure to declare his connections with the BC Liberal Party misleading and does it indicate the CC4BC is a Liberal front?
