Girls from ages 10-16 from Castlegar and the area have been busy working on drills and skills every Wednesday at Stanley Humphries Secondary School.

The practice sessions go from October until the spring with a break for Christmas holidays.

The sessions are ran by the Castlegar Softball Association.
