Castlegar fighters bring home gold

Kootenay Jiu Jitsu Academy’s Ken Postnikoff and Josh Goldbury each earned a trio of medals.

Castlegar’s Ken Postnikoff secured victory at the 2017 Western Canadian Jiu Jitsu Championships with a Kimura Armlock.
