Chelan Padmoroff gave a presentation Thursday morning to the Castlegar Sunrise 2000 Rotary Club about her experience at the RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards) conference in July at Selkirk College in Castlegar.
Padmoroff, who will be attending Selkirk, is hoping to start a Rotaract group at the college this year.
