Baking in the Lapsha of luxury

A group of enthusiastic members of Kootenay Columbia Seniors Housing Co-op spent a fun and productive day making homemade noodles (Lapsha).

In the spirit of co-op week (Oct. 17-22), a group of enthusiastic members of Kootenay Columbia Seniors Housing Co-op spent a fun and productive day making homemade noodles (Lapsha).

These and other baked goods were sold at the annual Christmas Craft Fair on Nov. 6 as a fundraiser for the purpose of equipping the new "community" kitchen which is coming soon at Grandview and will be part of the Chateau Grandview that will include apartments and supportive living units.
