Looking for something to do on Canada Day? There are events happening around town from dawn to dusk.

8 a.m. - 11 a.m. — Heritage Society Pancake Breakfast $7, at the Station Museum. Featuring live music by That Girl and Earl. There will also be vendors and a birthday cake.

3 p.m.- 11 p.m — Celebration at Millennium Park sponsored by the City of Castlegar. Food vendors, music, games and activities, popcorn, cake and give-aways.

6:30 p.m. — Beach Volleyball Tournament at Millennium Park contact nbrown@castlegar.ca or call Nicole at 250-365-7227 to register.

Dusk — Free Movie at Millennium Park. Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle will be shown on a 40-foot outdoor screen.
