Castlegar United Church will be hosting a Blue Christmas Service, Tuesday, Dec. 21 at 5:30 p.m. A service of contemplation and lament, recognizing the not-so-jolly feelings Christmas time may bring up for some people.
A Christmas Eve service will be held at 7 p.m. featuring a dramatic telling of the Christmas story plus Scripture readings, carol singing and candle lighting.
Child Within Worship will be held Boxing Day, Dec. 26, at 10 a.m. Lessons and carols plus Christmas crafts.
Proof of vaccination or negative COVID test within 72, hours, wearing masks, and self-assessment of health are required for in-person attendance.
