Fresh paint brightens up ball fields at the Castlegar Community Complex

Anna Apel and Madison Braga, workers with the City of Castlegar, applied a fresh coat of paint to the dugouts at the Community Complex on Thursday, July 4.

After the ball diamond, the ladies said their next stop was Twin Rivers Park.

Regular mowing, trimming and other assorted jobs around the city keep them busy all summer.

On a related note, the Communities in Bloom judges will be here before long: how’s your property looking?
