It was a happy occasion Sunday, June 23 for gardeners or those who love the fruits of the gardeners' labours.
A festive occasion as folks made the rounds of nine gardens divided between Castlegar and the lovely community of Glade to the northeast.
Running from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. the tour offered variety and a warm welcome at each of the stops along the way. As the headline suggests, the weather was gorgeous.
