LeeAnn Zaitsoff, a Grade 4 student at Twin Rivers Elementary, was selected by a jury as the winner of the SculptureWalk Mosaic Event for her entry, seen here. As the winning design, Zaitsoff’s work will be realized in a new form: a 50-sq.-ft. tile mosaic to be put on permanent display in downtown Castlegar. Zaitsoff also earned a $100 prize for her effort.
