Forty four-leggers congregate at the park on Sunday. This was the second annual Mutt Strut, organized with H.E.A.R.T. – Husky Emergency Adoption Rescue Transport. The event was held May 13 between Castlegar and Trail at the beautiful Birchbank Park.
