The last of four refurbished "Welcome to Castlegar" signs was installed by city crews on Monday, Aug. 26.
The signs have gone back up near Blueberry, the Robson interchange and on either side of the Highway 3 overpass.
At about 12' long, they weigh a few hundred pounds and a small crane truck was needed to get them up safely.
