Saturday, October 26 was the occasion of an annual campaign by the local Selkirk Lions Club. With the help of Benson Oil on Columbia Avenue in Castlegar, money (including 2 cents per litre of gas sold between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.) for the benefit of the BC Lions Society for Chidlren with Disabilities.
