Eliane Laberge, president of Federation of College Students of Quebec (FECQ) will be speaking at Selkirk College on the recent struggle of Quebec students against tuition fee increases and the successful movement that shaped the outcome of the recent Quebec Provincial elections.
Eliane is one of the three national leaders of the massive general strike of students and other Quebec citizens. As a young organizer, she will be sharing her experience with students and faculty in at Selkirk College as well as other interested members of the public.
