Members of the Robson Volunteer Fire Department spent 24 hours on the roof of Johnny’s Grocery & Gas last weekend in order to raise funds for Muscular Dystrophy Canada.
More than $8300 was gathered for the cause.
“I’m absolutely blown away at the generosity of our community and everyone that made a donation,” said Dustin LePage, Muscular Dystrophy Canada Chair and captain with RVFD. “A heart felt thank you for all of us at the RVFD. We definitely felt the love from our community.”
