Kootenay Family Place hosted a Teddy Bear Picnic at Kinsman Park on May 15. The event featured, games, snacks, activities, crafts and more for kids six and under.
One of the highlights of the day was a visit from the Castlegar Fire Department who brought their vehicles for the kids to explore. The kids had the opportunity to go up in the bucket of the ladder truck and cruise around the park in CFD’s utility terrain vehicle.
