The Castlegar Sunrise Rotary Club and their members have accomplished many great feats and three members, Geoff Yule, Ron Ross, and Jerry Rempel, have been honoured as Diamond Jubilee Award winners.
To have three members out of 20 chosen for the medals is quite an accomplishment. Particularly when only a handful of people have won the award in this area.
The award is a way to honour those who have improved the well-being of members in the community.
