The Twin Rivers Community Choir (TRCC) will be performing Holiday Around the World on Dec. 8 and 9 at the Brilliant Cultural Center.
Audiences will enjoy traditional and new favorites, experience large choral works and small ensemble selections directed by Christina Allen and accompanied by Alicia Liszt-Affolter.
This year, TRCC is thrilled to be joined collaboratively by the Rossland Glee Club. This group of enthusiastic and joyful choir members has been singing since 2010 and has been featured in many events in the Trail/Rossland region.
Glee Club director Anna King says, “Why ‘Glee Club’? Because our members are so happy to sing and perform.”
“Come start your holiday season with us – and be prepared to dust off your own chops a bit,” says TRCC. “Audience participation is encouraged – nothing feels more like the holidays than raising our voices together!”
Doors open at 6:15 p.m. to allow time to enjoy some concession and mingling time prior to the 7 p.m. showtime.
Tickets are available for cash only purchase at Mountain High Lighting in Castlegar and Bear Country Kitchen in Rossland. Tickets will also be available at the door. Adults are $15 and students are $10.
