Transforming an artistic vision into hard reality is not necessarily a straightforward undertaking, as Nelson's Jacob Tolmie and his team found out on Thursday. The artist eventually made the choice to call in some mechanical help with the set up. Tolmie's creation is sponsored by Castlegar's Sunrise Rotary Club.
