Soles4Souls is kicking off in Castlegar!

The wide-ranging effort which originated in Nashville Tennessee and more locally in Kelowna, has a charitable push going on which began on Monday, November 19 and will continue right through the month of December.

Over 300 million children worldwide are without shoes. Shoes are very often considered a required part of the school uniform in developing countries, and without shoes, many children are unable to attend school.

Changing the world one pair at a time, Soles4Souls is staging the Million Shoe Mission. In Canada the goal is to collect a million pairs of shoes in the next few years from every province.

Here's the list of locations where you're invited to drop off gently used footwear.
