Project (Women In Sustainable Housing). The project helps women by assisting with securing housing and providing the opportunity to improve money management. The funds will be a huge asset to the group, Ermacora said.

The grounds at Kinnaird Elementary got a whole lot brighter last week with the installation of 350 colourful fish on the fence around the school.

Peter Wulowka of Raccoon Carpentry and Steve Jerome donated their time to help Darlene Kalawsky of Communities in Bloom beautify Castlegar’s welcome sign near Blueberry last week.
