The 2023 Pass Creek Gospel Music Festival will be held at the Pass Creek Exhibition Grounds on Friday, July 21 and Saturday, July 22. The show starts at 6 p.m. both nights.
“This year we are pulling out all the stops and using our large trailer stage with full sound, lots of lights and giant video screen,” says organizer John Phillips.
For the first time, there will be two Gospel Rap artists featured on Friday, as well as other groups.
Saturday is ’70s night with many songs made popular during that era. The ’70s was known as a “hippie time” so break out those clothes in the back of your closet that bring back that era. It’s time to dress like a hippie again!
There will be several bands on Saturday as well.
There is no admission fee, but donations will be accepted with proceeds going to the Haiti Community Birth Centre.
Attendees should bring lawn chairs as bench seating is limited and hard. Also consider bringing a sweater or light jacket as it cools off quickly once the sun goes down.
