The Castlegar episode of Amazing Race Canada will air on TV Tuesday, July 18.

Destination Castlegar is hosting a live streaming of the episode at the Castle Theatre in downtown Castlegar (185 Columbia Ave.), with a special guest from Destination BC to share their experience with the locals.

Amazing Race Canada came to Castlegar in May, and you may have seen glimpses of the video crew and racers in and around the city. Now you can see the full episode at this free event.

Seating is first-come, first-serve with limited space available and there will be a licensed cash bar on site.

Watch our city shine on the big screen and cheer on locals from Rossland as they compete.

You’ll also hear how Destination BC helped persuade Bell Media to choose Castlegar as a location for this cross-national, Canada 150 Amazing Race tour.

Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m.

A big thank you goes out to Destination Castlegar, the City of Castlegar and Destination BC for making all this possible.
