Castlegar’s first babies of 2017 are fraternal twins.
Aven Gray Bradley and True Rain Bradley were born at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital on Wednesday, Jan. 4 at 11:54 a.m. and 11:55 a.m. respectively.
They were born to parents Lowell Bradley and Tammy Mandel, and have four excited siblings — Cyan, twins Chase and Kade, and Cove.
True was born weighing three lbs. 14 oz. and Aven weighed five lbs. one oz. Lowell says that aside from their size, the girls so far look identical (though being fraternal twins, they won’t always be).
