Your chance to show support for Canadian Olympian Clara Hughes’ Big Ride is coming up this Saturday.
Clara’s ride to raise awareness of mental health issues will take her through Castlegar on her way to Nelson where a sizable event is being held in her honour.
Here’s the idea… let’s get a crowd together, just before 1:30 p.m. on Highway 3A out in front of the Doukhobour Discovery Centre (West side of the highway).
Let’s wave and holler… and show this outstanding athlete we support her and the issues she’s drawing attention to.
