Columbia Ave. road work scheduled for tonight

CP Rail will be repairing the railway crossing near 17th Street in Castlegar

The City of Castlegar is warning residents that there may be some delays on Columbia Avenue tonight.

Canadian Pacific Rail will be completing maintenance work on the railway crossing near 17th Street between 9 p.m. Jan. 29 and 7 a.m. Jan. 30.

The work is being done to address a frost heave at the crossing.
