An all-ages gathering of close to 100 people attended an hour-long ceremony Friday evening at the Brilliant Cultural Centre.

Songs were sung and several speakers, including J.J. Verigin of the Union of Spiritual Communities of Christ addressed the crowd on the desirability of reducing, and eliminating conflict around the world.
