A local man is facing several months in jail after 2 thefts and a breach of Probation conviction in court this week.

34 year old Trevor Isenor was sentenced to 3 months jail for a theft from Total Pet on Sept 20th, and 3 months jail for a theft from Safeway the same day.  The 3 month sentences will run concurrently.   He was also sentenced to 45 days jail for a breach of Probation which was committed on September 8th in which Mr. Isenor was found by Police when he was out of his residence after his court ordered curfew.   He was initially sentenced to serve these 45 days intermittently ( weekends), however this intermittent sentenced was collapsed into straight jail time after the 2 new thefts occurred.

A 22 year old female is also facing charges for the 2 above noted thefts.  She will make her first court appearance in November.
