A 10 year old boy who went missing in the Castlegar area this afternoon has been located and is safe.
Castlegar RCMP have confirmed that the youngster has been located, but would not offer any more information at this time.
Reports indicate that the boy went missing at about 2:30 p.m. On Wednesday. He was last seen in the Castlegar area, close to the airport.
After several hours of searching, the boy was located.
