This is not an illusion, this is not something achieved with smoke and mirrors… this is "Smoke and Guns" – a buzz-building road hockey game coming up at the Castlegar Complex on Saturday, February 8!
This is a friendly, half-hour tilt pitting the fitness and mental agility of our local volunteer fire department against their public service counterparts from the field of law enforcement. The opening face-off is set for the crack of 1 p.m.
This is the invitation to come out and show support for Castlegar's bid to become Kraft Hockeyville 2014!
You never know just who might show up to add their influence to the action. Possible guests could include members of the Saints, Rebels and Castlegar City Council!
Come out and support your local Fire Department, Castlegar Detachment of the RCMP and some very special guests as they take each other on in a 'friendly' game of 'Smoke and Guns' Road Hockey on Feb. 8 all in support of Castlegar is Kraft Hockeyville 2014!
And hey, don't forget all the extra Hockeyville action set for this Saturday's Rebels game!
