Castlegar, Trail and Nelson welcomed more than 3,000 athletes from the B.C. Senior Games on Tuesday night. The athletes checked in at the various accreditation sites at the three cities on Tuesday evening. The games officially began this morning with badminton, equestrian, five pin bowling, ice curling, ice hockey, slo pitch, soccer, tennis and track and field all taking place today at various locations.
