RCMP seeking public help in locating missing Slocan

The BC Coroner Service and the RCMP have confirmed a body discovered today in Slocan Lake near the Springer Creek Mill is that of Daniel Crossley, who had been missing since April 23.

A press release issued by Sgt. Darryl Little, Ops Support NCO with the Kootenay Boundary Reg. Det., stated that "the BC Coroner's Department will be conducting an autopsy to determine the exact cause of his death. Foul play is not suspected. Police would like to thank everyone who provided information in this tragic event."
