Notice is hereby given that CH Storage of 975 Waterloo Road Castlegar B.C. V1N 4M3 intends to dispose of the goods in Storage unit A17 located at the same address and owned by Ryan Doherty last known address of 925 Columbia Road Castlegar B.C. under the provision of the Warehouse Lien Act.
The amount owing is $356.70 plus all collection costs applicable to this action. If this amount is not paid in full by August 31, 2023 and said goods removed from the said storage unit, the said goods will be advertised for sale or sold at private or public action without further notice
