It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Angelina was born in Ponta Garca S. Miguel Acores, and passed away peacefully in Trail, B.C. at the age of 93.
Angelina and her two daughters immigrated to Canada in 1966 to join her husband Gilberto who had been in Castlegar since March 1957.
Angelina loved to crochet, do cross stitch, work in her garden, flowers, as well as spending time with her family and friends.
Angelina and Gilberto travelled to many places but mostly back to their homeland. They were married for almost 56 years before his passing in 2009.
She is survived by her daughters Lucia (John) Braga, Connie (Mark) Milburn, as well as grandchildren Angie and Derreck Braga, Aaron (Sherelle) Kelly (Debra) and Allyshia Milburn and great grand children Landyn, Kruz, Derian, Kassia and Eli and extended family.
