Arthur Manson

October 3, 1931 - June 25, 2010

Manson: Arthur “Art” James passed away at home on June 25, 2010. He was born in Brandon, MB on October 3, 1931.

Art enjoyed hunting, fishing, and restoring his truck “1949 Chevy”.

He enjoyed his family, spending many vacations together and their time just being together at home. Art worked at Cominco as a Shift Boss at the Sinter Plant, retiring in 1989. He truly loved

to work enjoying his job at Cominco and hardly missing a day of work.

Art is survived by his loving wife Ina of 55 years, his children: Chris, Bill (Evelyn), and Kathy; grandchildren Lauren, Axel, and Matthew; three brothers: Glen, Bruce, and Sam; and two

sisters: Eleanor McKay and Marion Manson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was predeceased by his baby daughter

Christina Louise; parents Bill and Ruby; brothers: Wilf, Barry, David; and his sister Valerie.

A graveside service will be held at Mountain View Cemetery on Friday, July 9, 2010 at 3:00 p.m., with Rev. Elizabeth Ruder-Celiz officiating.

Bill Clark of Personal Alternative Funeral Services “Carberry’s Chapel” is entrusted with arrangements.
