Brian was born on March 29,1939 in Erith; County Kent UK and passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on May 21, 2021 in Trail, B.C.
He was predeceased by his loving wife Pauline.
Brian is survived by his brother Dennis, who resides in Normandy France.
Brian and Pauline lived in Vancouver BC when in 1980 they elected to sail the world. Their cruise in their sail boat lasted over 10 years where they visited and spent time in Hawaii, San Diego, Mexico, Costa Rica, and The Grand Turk Islands.
After a terrible storm near the Bahamas, in which their sail boat sank, they moved to Castlegar to be near family. Brian then opened and operated Brian's Repair Service until his retirement in 1995.
A Graveside Service will be held on at a future date in Innisfree Alberta. Castlegar Funeral Chapel has been entrusted with the arrangements.
