It's with heavy hearts and sadness to announce the unexpected passing of Clayton William Thomson of Castlegar, B.C. Clayton passed peacefully into the arms of the Lord with his family at his side on May 12, 2024.
Born on November 2, 1959, in New Westminster British Columbia.
Clayton had a very eventful life. Clayton was one of the best finishing carpenters and a fabulous painter.
Later in life, Clayton was a free spirit, enjoying each day to the fullest and exploring the wilderness and each place in his travels.
Taking time out of his day to stop and help someone in need.
Clayton was predeceased by his parents, William and Carol Thomson.
Left to mourn are his son Clint (Christine) daughter Sylvia and four grandchildren. Siblings sister Carrie (Murray) brother Rick and sister Shona (Dale). Many cousins, Aunts, nieces, and nephews great nieces, great nephews and great great nieces.

There is a viewing for Clayton on May 24 at 1 PM at Castlegar Funeral Chapel in Castlegar, cremation to take place shortly after in Nelson BC.
Clayton will be laid to rest on September 7 at 11 AM at Mountain View Cemetery followed by a Celebration of Life at his home in Blueberry Creek, Castlegar.
