Ed Adshead - of Fruitvale, BC, passed away at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital on February 24, 2018. Ed was born on January 14, 1950 in Nakusp, BC.
Ed spent 20 years as a Taxi Driver and then a Traffic Controller for the last 10 years. His greatest passion in life was his family.
Ed is survived by his children; Joe, Cora-Lee and Diane (Corey), his grandchildren; Jessie, Ron, Nicole, Stuart, Rebecca, Karissa and Kiera, his great-grandchildren; Brayden and Aubree, his siblings; Chris, Danny, Alfred and Charlie and numerous nieces and nephews.
As an expression of sympathy, donations in Ed's name may be made to your local Food Bank.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Sandman Inn in Castlegar on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at 12:00 pm. Al Grywacheski of Alternatives Funeral and Cremation Services has been entrusted with arrangements.
