Ernest James “Jim” Hardy of Calgary, formerly of Castlegar, BC passed away on Sunday, November 20, 2016 at Foothills Medical Centre, McCaig Tower, at the age of 96 years.
Jim is survived by his loving daughter, Rosemary and son-in-law David; his granddaughter, Katherine and partner Chris; his sisters-in-law, Edna and Mary; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceding Jim to heaven were his parents, Percy and Clara; his siblings and their spouses, Rose and Frank, Jessie and Ernie, Charlie and Ruth and Vera, Bill and Bea, and Daisy and Ken. Jim and his beloved wife Dorothy were married fifty-six years before she passed away in 2004.
At Dad’s request there will be no service.
