Florence Popoff
1923-2010
Florence Popoff passed away peacefully at the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital on Sunday, July 25, 2010 blessed with 87 years of life. She was
born in Pelly, Saskatchewan on February 6, 1923 to parents Nellie and Mike Jmaiff. The family moved to BC, where on March 22, 1952, Florence married Andrew Popoff. They were long-time residents of Perry’s Siding. Florence was a resident of Castle Wood Village at the time of her passing.
Florence had many passionate interests, gardening, cooking, sewing and especially spending quality time
with her grandchildren. She will missed by many.
She was predeceased by her parents and five siblings.
Left to mourn her loss are daughter Florette (Dennis) Berry, sons Andy (Elaine) Popoff and Sid (Jamie)
Popoff, grandchildren Charlotte, Daryl, Laurena, James, Blayer, Reid, Forest and Tyson and great grand- children Austyn, Anika and Alex.
Funeral service were held at Castlegar Funeral Chapel on Thursday, July 29, 2010 from 10:00AM until 12:00 Noon followed by the interment at the Perry’s Siding Cemetery.

comforting care and attention during her stay.
