Frank Michael Arthur Gallo

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our son, brother and uncle, Frank Michael Arthur Gallo on May 1, 2019, while working in Grande Prairie, Alberta.
Frank was born January 11, 1968, to Gary and Evelyn Gallo. A millwright by trade, Frank worked on many construction jobs in BC, Alberta, and Ontario. His passion was going to work on shutdowns and he was well known for his story telling in the lunchrooms. He was a friendly man with a huge heart and always willing to help others. He had numerous friends and never met a stranger. He loved to make people laugh, play his guitar, compose folk songs, watch movies and read. If you were looking for Frank, he could often be found at the Castlegar library.
Frank leaves behind his father, Gary (Myrna); sister, Renee (Rob); brothers, David (Anika) and Stuart (Lisa); nieces, Brooke, Kate and Hannah; stepmom, Elaine and many friends and family. He is predeceased by his mom, Evelyn. Frank will be deeply missed by us all.
A celebration of life will be held June 9 at the Castlegar Community Complex at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in his memory.
