Sadly the family of George Albert Clarke wishes to announce his passing at Talarico Place Care Centre on Monday, December 13, 2010 blessed with 85 years of life.
George was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on May 19, 1925 to parents Violet and Charles Clarke. He married Bessie Millicent Humphries in Robson, BC and they raised 4 children. George spent most of his working life as a maintenance man in the hospital.
Left to mourn his loss are his loving wife of 64 years, Bessie; sons Ed (Robbie), Terry (Lynne) and Stanley (Shirley) and daughter Joy (John), 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
There will be a private family Celebration of Life. Cremation
has taken place. Arrangements were in care of Castlegar
Funeral Chapel.
