Harry J. Chernoff,
aged 93, born in Verigin, Saskatchewan to John Nicola and Helen (Semenoff) Chernoff, died peacefully on September 17, 2014 at the Castleview Care Centre. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Elizabeth and his children Wayne, Elizabeth and Cary,
6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
A traditional Doukhobour service was held in Appledale on September 22 with interment in the Perry’s Siding Cemetery.
